Making a Purchase
If an item is Out of Stock, please select the 'Notify When Available' and enter your contact details. An email will automatically be sent to you when the product is back in stock.
Shipping & Handling
Our chosen shipping partner is Royal Mail Group Ltd.
We have a fixed fee for UK deliveries and a separate fixed fee for deliveries outside the UK. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout once the destination country has been selected.
If for any reason the package arrives damaged, please check the contents before you sign for it and refuse the parcel if anything is damaged or missing. Once you have refused the parcel it will automatically be returned to Hitmate and we will be able to redeliver your order.
Once you sign for the item you are agreeing that you have received the package in good condition, and we are then unable to claim from the shipper. Hitmate cannot take responsibility if part of a package is missing or damaged once it has been signed for by the customer.
We endeavour to despatch within 1 - 3 working days. Our working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. This means orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until the following Monday at the earliest.
You will be sent an email with your invoice notifying you when your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information where applicable. Once you have received your dispatch notification email your parcel will have been passed to our delivery partner. Customers from the UK should expect their parcel in 1 - 3 working days depending on location. Export customers should expect to receive their parcel in 3 - 10 working days depending on location.
Please be advised that Hitmate is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of your order that are caused by the carrier. While we strive to ensure that your order is shipped promptly and securely, we cannot control or guarantee the performance of third-party carriers. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it to you within the estimated time frame. Any potential delays due to carrier operations, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
By placing an order with Hitmate, you acknowledge and agree that we cannot be held liable for any delays or inconveniences caused by the carrier. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier directly for any questions or concerns regarding the shipping and handling of your order.
VAT (Value Added Tax) is applicable for all orders delivered within the UK. This is charged at a rate of 20%.
We do not include taxes and duties for shipping to countries outside the UK. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any taxes and duties that may be requested by the courier prior to receiving the order.
If you do not wish to be charged tax and duties it is your own responsibility to ensure that you keep your order below the threshold for taxation in the destination country. We are unable to split orders into multiple packages so if you do wish to avoid tax you will have to place multiple orders ensuring that each one is below the threshold for taxation.
Our global payment processing partner is Wix Payments. We can process payments with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. You will be charged at the time you place your order. Hitmate cannot be held responsible for any foreign transaction fees incurred.
