Warranty is for twelve (12) months from date of invoice, issued at time of dispatch. Warranty covers electronic component failure, internal connections, and other internal parts within enclosures, under normal use. Warranty does not cover external physical damage, due to misuse and any attempt to access enclosures internally.
Out of warranty repairs
Hitmate items are date coded internally, to determine warranty validity. A charge will be determined upon receipt of returned items. No work will be carried out prior to seeking written approval for such to be undertaken, following our findings. Once any corrective work is carried out, payment will be required prior to being returned. Return charges will be included in our estimate for repair. Customs duty should not apply for returns to Hitmate UK and not normally be liable for customer with repaired items, as returns will be declared as a repair when returned with relevant customs declarations.
